how did you lose that weight, through good food and exercise? or diets or, what?

well, basically, yes. but let’s face the truth - i’ve had my unhealthy moments. i’ve been eating 500-700 calories a day for a month or something. then i went through a lot of stress and i simply had no appetite. i’ve never used any diet pills or laxatives, but i’ve purged - maybe 4 or 5 times. i just had to realise that it’s not good for me.

now i eat something about 1000 calories, mostly in fruits, veggies, light dairy products and whole wheat stuff, a day (up to 1500 on a ‘treat day’) and i feel much better and healthier. and i am still losing!
