thank you <3 well, i have some! here they are:

1) never skip a breakfast! it’s the most important meal of the day and it starts your metabolism! celebrate it!

2) drink a lot of water, green tea, black tea. these are great metabolism boosters.

3) cook! i love trying some new recpies. start with simple recipes - like a home made granola or smoothies. then try to cook some soups. then find more advanced stuff. you’ll be a master soon :) experiments in kitchen are great and it’s fun!

4) snack healthily. eliminate crispies, chocolate bars and other sweets. replace them with nuts, fresh dried fruits, rice crackers :) i love celery and carrot sticks with soy sauce and frozen yoghurt with fresh fruits instead of ice cream!

5) find your own way to excercise. if you like sports - good! but if you don’t - find your favorite activity, like light excercising, dancing, walking. just for fun. listen to your favorite music and i promise you, you won’t notice the time passing.

6) treats. they are imporant. be strong and don’t eat unhealthy, fatty foods daily. but treat yourself once or twice a week. don’t use them as a rewards, just eat your favorite ice cream or a piece of cake… because you like to! it’s important, because if you restrict too much then you’ll end up eating too much and feeling like crap.

7) always choose light products but make sure if they’re healthy!

8) be good to yourself. make sure that you get enough sleep. take long baths/showers, read more, walk more, talk to the people you like to talk to…

9) think positive. it’s the key.
